KEVIN is an AI stylist app. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and the control you keep. The short version: your photos are yours, they are private to your account, and you can delete everything in one tap inside the app.
To deliver the app's features, your photos and style inputs are processed by AI services acting on our behalf: Anthropic (Claude) for garment recognition and styling intelligence, Google (Gemini) and FASHN for generating try-on images and videos. Processing happens through our secured cloud servers — API credentials never live in the app. Each of these providers, and every other third party that handles your data (including Google Firebase and Google AdMob), is required to protect it to the same or an equal standard as this policy. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train our own models.
The free tier is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. If you allow tracking when iOS asks (App Tracking Transparency), an advertising identifier is used to show more relevant ads and measure performance — this is the only "tracking" in the app, and declining it simply means ads are non-personalized. You can change this choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Uninterrupted subscribers see no ads.
Data is stored with Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage) in the United States, encrypted in transit. Access is limited to your authenticated account, enforced by server-side security rules.
We keep your data only for as long as your account exists. To delete it, in the app: Profile → Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes your account, closet, body photo, style profile, and usage records. You can also email us (below) and we will delete your data within 30 days.
KEVIN is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used KEVIN, contact us and we will delete the account.
If this policy changes materially, we will note it in the app. Questions or requests: cody@tysonhigginbotham.com.
