Terms of Use

By using KEVIN you agree to these terms. Where you downloaded KEVIN from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. The service

KEVIN digitizes your wardrobe, suggests outfits with AI, and renders virtual try-ons on photos you provide. Styling suggestions are exactly that — suggestions. They are generated by automated systems and offered for inspiration; final fashion decisions (and the consequences of a bold hat) are yours.

2. Your content

You own the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them — including through our AI providers (Anthropic, Google, FASHN) — solely to operate the app's features for you. You confirm you have the right to any photo you upload, and you agree not to upload unlawful content or photos of other people without their permission.

3. Accounts

KEVIN works with an anonymous account by default. Linking Apple, Google, or email sign-in backs up your closet. Deleting your account (Profile → Delete Account & Data) permanently erases your content.

4. KEVIN Premium subscriptions

• KEVIN Uninterrupted removes all advertising from the app. Features that free users unlock by watching a rewarded ad are granted to subscribers automatically, with no ad.
• Pricing: $9.99 per month, or $69.99 per year — about 40% off the monthly rate, so the annual plan works out to roughly 5 months free. The exact price shown in the App Store at purchase is what you pay; prices may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• The free tier includes a weekly allowance of try-ons, which may be adjusted; optional rewarded ads can unlock more.

5. Fair use

Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, generate content that violates law or others' rights, or circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Disclaimers

KEVIN is provided "as is." AI-generated images are approximations and may contain imperfections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
